Prior to sending your item(s) back, please be sure you have read our Returns Policy for our product terms and conditions. Click here for all updates on the measures we are taking to provide a safe return experience for our team and our customers!

Return package instructions

Please include your packing slip or a note with the following:

• 6-digit order number ending with "EU"
• First and last name on the order
• The email address on the order
• Instructions indicating a refund or exchange
  • If you are inquiring about an exchange, please list the color and size of the item being requested (items can only be exchanged for an identical item in a different color or size) 

Please note: we are unable to exchange products that are higher in value than the one you are returning. If we cannot fulfill your exchange request due to insufficient stock, you will be refunded for the item you return to us.

At this time Alphalete is not responsible for return packages that get lost, we do recommend shipping your item(s) back with a tracked method to ensure delivery to our Returns Center.
